The Pocket Rocket is assembled in our own production facility in Böblingen, near Stuttgart (Germany).

Which driver's license you need depends on the country in which you live. Our vehicles are certified in the EC vehicle class L1e (Pocket Rocket, 45km/h, driving license class: AM, A1 or B) and L3e (Pocket Rocket S, 85km/h, driving license class: from B196). Both the Pocket Rocket and the Pocket Rocket S require a license plate. The Pocket Rocket requires a small insurance license plate (available from any bank/insurance company). The Pocket Rocket S requires proof of insurance for vehicle class L3e for registration with the licensing authority. You save on vehicle tax with both products.

No, you can choose your own insurance.

We recommend checking your vehicle every 6 months. An inspection and maintenance every 12 months is mandatory to comply with the warranty conditions. Maintenance can be carried out either directly at our Böblingen location or at one of our service partners.

We give a 2-year warranty on the frame and the battery.

You can choose from various payment methods. We offer American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, bank transfer and Visa, among others. You also have the option of paying in installments for up to 36 months. For installment purchase please contact us directly.

The delivery time for our bikes is currently 6-8 weeks from invoicing.

For shipping, we pass on the costs of the shipping company to you and charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €250. For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €25 will be added to the shipping costs.

Thanks to the direct drive in the rear wheel, our vehicles have significantly fewer wearing parts than many other two-wheelers. The need for maintenance is essentially reduced to checking tires, brakes and chassis and is less time-consuming and cost-intensive.

You can ride the Pocket Rocket even in winter. However, if the temperature is below 5°C, we recommend bringing the battery into the warmth to preserve its service life.

With our standard charger, the battery takes around 4 hours to charge, whereas with the quick charger it only takes 2 hours.
