Please note that the shipping terms below are preliminary, as no vehicles will be shipped between September 2021 and spring / summer 2022 as part of our pre-order promotion. Vehicles pre-ordered in 2021 will be dispatched in 2022. Payment and shipping terms may change between now and then.

We exclude an increase of the shipping costs at the time of the above mentioned delivery information. The shipping costs may be lower as we are currently negotiating the final conditions with our partners. The following payment and shipping conditions apply as of September 1st, 2021:
As a matter of principle, our vehicles are not delivered directly to you (end customer). We ship all vehicles, accessories and spare parts to our SOL contractual partners (e.g. e-bike, scooter and motorbike dealers) in Germany as well as to our trading partners in the member states of the European Union.
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
The shipping costs of the vehicles are added to the shopping basket. Bei unseren Vorbestellungen werden keine Lieferkosten erhoben. The delivery costs for pre-orders are due with the final payment approx. 30 days before the start of production.
For shipping, we pass on the costs of the forwarding agent to you and charge a flat rate shipping fee of 150 €. For delivery to German islands, an island surcharge of 25 € will be added to the shipping costs.
Shipping to Norway
For shipping, we pass on the costs of the shipping company as well as possible fees to you and charge a flat shipping fee of €250.
Shipping to other member states of the European Union
For shipping, we pass on the costs of the forwarding agent to you and charge a flat shipping fee of 150 €.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within three months of the order date in the case of standard shipping. A different delivery time applies to pre-orders. Please note the instructions here when placing your pre-order. However, we would like to point out that delivery periods can change at short notice due to lack of availability of parts at our suppliers. In addition, our forwarding agents may experience delivery delays during transport from our production facilities to our SOL partners. Withdrawal from the purchase contract and a refund of the purchase price or a reduction in the purchase price is generally excluded in the event of a change in the delivery time. Unless the withdrawal is made within the statutory withdrawal periods. Please note that the delivery of vehicles to our SOL partners depends on their availability, capacities and opening hours. On Sundays and public holidays, no delivery will take place.
The SOL partner selected by you for delivery when placing your order – or in the case of an advance order when making the final payment – will inform you as soon as your vehicle is ready for collection.

We use the external payment provider Adyen for payment processing and do not guarantee the availability of the payment methods offered by Adyen.
